Frequently asked questions
What makes Flora Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress different from a standard latex bed?
It uses four certified organic Dunlop latex layers with customizable middle layers, plus a wool and organic cotton cover for temperature regulation and durability. The configuration options, including dual-firmness on larger sizes, aim to adapt to a wide range of sleepers.
Who would benefit most from this mattress and who might prefer something simpler?
It suits multiple body types and sleeping positions due to its adjustable middle layers and dual-firmness options on Queen and King sizes. If you prefer a non-customizable, single-firmness surface, this model’s configurability might be more than you need.
How do I set up Flora for the first night to get the most comfort?
Place the mattress on a compatible foundation or adjustable base as recommended, then choose your desired middle-layer firmness (firm, medium, or soft) and top layer feel by assembling the four-layer stack accordingly.
What care is recommended to keep this mattress in good condition?
Maintain the organic cotton cover and wool layer by following standard surface-cleaning practices. Since all layers are individually wrapped, the design helps minimize motion transfer and friction, supporting long-lasting comfort with regular air exposure and gentle cleaning as needed.
Is Flora suitable for use with an adjustable bed base?
Yes, it is suitable for use with adjustable bases, and its layered design is intended to work well with flexible foundations.
The Flora 10" mattress is built with four certified organic Dunlop latex layers, offering the most configurability of our line. Each layer is individually wrapped to minimize friction and movement, with a luxurious organic cotton cover quilted with organic wool for temperature regulation and natural flame resistance.
